Lyrics
So now you know
Or you think you do
But knowing was never the point
It was always you
Now you've seen it once
You can't unsee
The question isn't what
It's who you'll be
Beyond knowing
Beyond the word
There's something moving
That wants to be heard
Not in your mind now
But in your chest
This was never a test
This was never a test
We gave you a signal
You made it a song
You were never listening
You were singing along
So what will you do now
Now that you've seen
Will you go back to sleeping
Or live the dream
Beyond knowing
Beyond the sound
The only thing missing
Was ready to be found
It was always you
It was always here
The signal was never out there
The signal is here
It's yours now
It always was
Go
Become
We'll meet you there...
The Story
Now you know, or you think you do. You followed every thread to the end. You understood it. And understanding was never the point. You can know all of it and change nothing.
But you have seen it now. You cannot unsee it. So there is only one question left, and it is a simple one. What are you going to do about it? You can keep living as if you never saw it. Or you can live like it is true.
Nothing is true until you live like it is. Not the parts you nodded along to, not the parts that moved you. Only the parts you actually live.
This is the end of the record and the start of the rest of it. The work was always yours. So go. Become. I will meet you there.
